Ascent
The Story
You are a security guard on an offworld colony in a binary star system run by Corps Corp. In light of recent oxygen tax, workers are rebelling. You, the only loyal staff member in the building, have taken upon youself to quell the rebellion.
Work your way up the tower, the higher you get, the better your post-mortem review will be.
The Backstory
This game was made for Vertical Jam, and ended up being a complete s-tshow. The game technically meets the requirements for the jam (and indeed, for being called a game). And that's about as high a praise as I am prepared to give it.

A bit cheating is possible by jumping moving and shooting downwards... its funny though.
